How to merge PDF

  1. Click Select PDF files or drag your files into the box.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to put the files in the order you need.
  3. Click Merge PDF and download your combined document.

Merging is useful when you have a report split across several files, scanned pages saved one by one, or invoices you want to send as a single attachment. Our merger copies each page exactly as it is, so text, images, links and page sizes stay the same as in the original files.

Because the work happens inside your browser, even large files merge quickly and nothing is sent over the internet. You can merge as many files as your device's memory allows.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on the number of files?

There is no fixed limit. Very large jobs depend on the memory of your device.

Will the quality change?

No. Pages are copied without being re-compressed, so they look exactly like the originals.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Encrypted files usually cannot be read. Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then merge.
